Plans for Spring 2017–Letter from the President
Dear ZipperAgent Community,
This is the first newsletter we’ve sent out since December! Four months feels more like a year in startup time, so there’s a lot to fill you in on. But I’ll limit myself to three updates, ones I think are the most representative of our growth and our goals in 2017.
We expanded our community. I’m thrilled to welcome Sophia Croll to our team as Marketing Manager. Sophia recently earned her BA from Knox College and comes to us from work publicizing and managing academic events. She’s just the first of a number of talented people we will add to our staff this year.
We launched our new website. Clean, bright, and easy to use, it’s an improved reflection of our company’s main goal: to deliver an all-in-one sales and marketing solution that centralizes the tools agents need to build their businesses. We’re looking forward to adding new sections to the website, including a video page. In addition to tutorials on ZipperAgent’s features, this page will feature videos from our new Sales Success Series, which explains how to implement industry best practices in your CRM.
We just completed the Workflow and Drip Campaign features. This might be the development that I’m most excited about, because it’s directly connected to the work I’ve focused my career on: building straightforward software that streamlines work environments. Workflow translates the work patterns of top producing agents into a flexible, customize, easy-to-use program, and, well, we all know what a drip campaign does. These features represent the collaboration of talented agents, engineers, and designers all working to improve the tools that support your business. Keep an eye out for the official release announcement soon!
There’s a lot to look forward to this year, and I’m glad you’re joining us as we continue to find the best ways to support real estate agents.
All the best,
Depankar Neogi
