Any ZipperAgent user can change his/her password from their own login. Admin cannot change password for any other user.
Resetting your ZipperAgent account password can be done through few easy steps as mentioned below
Your new password must be different from your old password.
If you have forgot your password or your account has been blocked due to repeat trial of login with a wrong password, then please contact ZipperAgent support team by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our support team will help you to unblock your account and change password
