How to reset or change your password

Any ZipperAgent user can change his/her password from their own login. Admin cannot change password for any other user.

Resetting your ZipperAgent account password can be done through few easy steps as mentioned below

Click profile icon from right top part of ZipperAgent.

Click logged in users name to land on the User profile page.

Click Change Password button at the bottom right corner of the profile page.

Type in new password. Retype the password by typing it again in the Confirm password field.

Click Change button at the bottom right corner.

Your password is changed successfully.

Your new password must be different from your old password.

If you have forgot your password or your account has been blocked due to repeat trial of login with a wrong password, then please contact ZipperAgent support team by writing an email to support@zipperagent.com. Our support team will help you to unblock your account and change password
