Adding an Email Signature

Every user can create their own custom signature and ZipperAgent remembers to append it whenever an email is initiated.

Everytime the user wants to write a new email, or reply/forward an existing email, the signature is automatically appended at the end of the email body.

User can change the signature for individual emails before hitting the Send button. This will change the signature used in that email, but it will not change the saved signature.

Click on the User Profile icon on the top right menu.

Goto User profile by clicking on user name.

On User profile page, click on the button at the bottom right corner of the page.

Write your signature at the Signature test box and click on “Save Details” button at the bottom right corner of the page.
