Rachel is responsible for driving product management initiatives for ZipperAgent. Rachel brings over 25 years of product management, product marketing, UI and visual design skills to her role. Prior to joining ZipperAgent Rachel was Product Manager at TWG a division of Newell Brands, a worldwide maker, marketer and distributor of consumer and commercial products. At TWG Rachel had the lead role in developing, launching and managing disposable packaging solutions for institutional and consumer markets and developing go-to-market product strategies to drive revenue growth.
Prior to TWG Rachel was Marketing Manager for Spirit where she was responsible for implementing marketing programs for disposable food and beverage products used in the hospitality industries. Rachel also spent a number of years at Digital Equipment Corporation as an Educational Services Consultant, Project Manager and Lead Graphic Designer where she designed, developed and managed training projects for Sales, Field Service and MarCom for this global computer hardware & software company.
Rachel holds a BFA in Commercial Art and Design from UMass Lowell, Certification in UX Design from American Graphics Institute, and earned Certification in Project Management and Instructional Design Principles while at Digital Equipment Corporation.
