Melissa is responsible for Customer Success at ZipperAgent, which includes all post sale deployment planning, implementations and ongoing customer support. Melissa brings over 10 years of sales and customer operations experience to her role at ZipperAgent including her background in the real estate industry. Prior to joining ZipperAgent Melissa spent 4 years at Weichert Metropolitan Boston Real Estate as Leasing and Operations Manager where she led operations process development and management for sales and leasing as well as transaction management.
Prior to that Melissa worked in retail sales and customer service at luxury brands including Saks and Neiman Marcus where she led efforts for elevating the customer experience at the firm’s stores. Prior to that she was responsible for customer service at Boston Financial Data Services (Now SS&C Technologies).
Melissa holds a BS in Communications from the University of Kansas.
